The 11th Triennial Conference of the All India Punjab & Sind Bank Officers' Federation (AIPSBOF Code-91) was successfully held on October 6, 2024, in the historic city of Lucknow. The event saw participation from over 700 delegates, observers, members, and guests from across the country.
Key personalities in attendance include Com. S. Dhanwant Singh Sahib - Founder of All India Punjab & Sind Bank Officers' Federation (AIPSBOF), Sh. Brijesh Kumar Rawat - MLA from the ruling party of Uttar Pradesh Government, Com. Rajneesh Gupta - Joint Secretary, AIBEA, Com. Sanjay Kumar Khan - General Secretary, AIBOA, Com. Krishna Kumar - President, AIBOA, and Com. Arvind Porwal, General Secretary-AIBOA Madhya Pradesh State Committee.

Com. Samir Mantrao has unanimously been elected as President-AIPSBOF (Code-91) & Com. Ratneshwar Chaudhary has unanimously been re-elected as General Secretary-AIPSBOF Code-91 by the House at the Conference.
This election symbolizes a strong commitment to uphold the rights and dignity of all officers within the Punjab & Sind Bank. The conference reinforced the solidarity of the officer class, emphasizing their readiness to face adversities and ensure that every officer's voice is respected and heard. The 10th Triennial Conference of the All India Punjab & Sind Bank Officers' Federation (AIPSBOF)—Code 91 was a momentous event, held on 24th March 2019 in the scenic Hill City of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Over 200 delegates, observers, dignitaries, and dedicated members gathered with a singular purpose—to fortify the Federation’s leadership and recommit to protecting the officer class. The conference marked a pivotal moment in electing a new governing body tasked with leading the Federation through increasingly challenging times.
After a decisive and transparent election, the Federation’s leadership was entrusted to Com. Ratneshwar Chaudhary as General Secretary, Com. Charanjeev Joshi as President, and Com. Jhataklal Yadav as Treasurer. This new team, backed by a strong mandate, immediately set to work.
Since taking the helm, they have worked relentlessly to defend the rights and dignity of the officer class, navigating a complex landscape of challenges, pressures, and retaliatory tactics from management. Yet, their resolve has been unshakable. Under the determined leadership of Com. Ratneshwar Chaudhary, the swift, tactical actions of Com. Charanjeev Joshi, and the strategic brilliance of Com. Jhataklal Yadav, they have forced the top management of Punjab & Sind Bank to implement significant welfare measures and facilities for officers and thus propelled the growth and development of Punjab & Sind Bank through employees’ satisfaction.
This leadership team has not only succeeded in securing crucial benefits for the officers’ fraternity in Bank but has shifted the power dynamic within the bank, ensuring that the officer class is not just heard but respected. Their efforts have already yielded tangible results, and even more welfare initiatives are in the pipeline.
