All India Punjab & Sind Bank Officers’ Federation (Regd) Code-91 is recognized as the majority officers' union within the bank. This federation is committed to advocating for the best possible working conditions for its members. The following outlines the federation's key objectives and initiatives designed to support the officers within the bank:-

Objectives and Initiatives

 Enhance Employee Morale :-

The federation is dedicated to implementing various initiatives and programs aimed at significantly boosting employee morale. This includes organizing events, workshops, and recognition programs that celebrate the contributions of bank officers.

Promote Work-Life Balance  :-

One of the primary goals is to advocate for flexible work arrangements that allow employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance. This may involve options such as remote work, flexible hours, and job-sharing arrangements to accommodate personal commitments.

Support Systems for Stress Management :-

The federation aims to provide essential resources and support systems that help employees manage stress effectively. This includes access to counselling services, stress management workshops, and wellness programs that focus on mental and physical well-being, thereby improving overall productivity.

Addressing Concerns and Grievances :-

The federation takes a proactive approach in representing the issues, concerns, and grievances of the officer class to the appropriate authorities. This includes:

  • Engaging with Top Management to communicate the needs and challenges faced by officers.
  • Liaising with Competent Authorities to ensure that grievances are addressed in a timely and just manner.
  • Involving other appropriate bodies to facilitate quick resolutions, ensuring that officers feel heard and supported.
